Often we feel disempowered and reliant on someone or something changing before we can feel better. So how can we move back to an empowering place? It starts with shifting to a learning orientation. Obviously not always in the moment because you know, hey when we're triggered or shits up It's not easy to make a shift. So as soon as we can notice that we’re getting triggered by the same thing again, we want to start looking at like, “Huh. Why might this keep showing up for me? What am I supposed to be learning here?”
