Welcome to The InrWrk
I’m so glad you’ve landed at my little corner of the internet. Let me start by saying, that I know that your being here and reading these words is not an accident. A divine orchestration occurs when we find ourselves seeking a deeper, more fulfilling, and more aligned experience in our lives. We’ll be drawn to the messages, teachers, coaches, and classes that we need for our next level of growth.
It’s incredible how our souls always know what we need.
It was definitely divine orchestration that led me to study with the pioneers of Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica back in 2001. Flying back and forth from NYC to LA to get my Master’s Degree didn’t make any logical sense to me at the time- but given what was happening in my life, I knew it was what I needed.
I was struggling. I felt like I was on the hamster wheel of life, constantly focused on the never-ending loop of tending to all my responsibilities. I felt exhausted, resentful, and was very emotionally reactive. I had no idea how it could be any different. It seemed to be just how life was.
Spiritual Psychology gave me the framework AND the tools to get off the hamster wheel. The work is both deeply sacred AND super practical. I learned how to move from my head to my inner wisdom. It helped me understand myself and how I (we) operate. I learned how to live in greater alignment on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual), and as a result, experience more fulfillment, peace, and empowerment. It completely changed my life. It’s like I’d been handed the instruction manual for how to be a happy, empowered, and fulfilled person on this planet. And I can’t keep it to myself!
I’ve made it my mission to share my learnings and experience with as many people as I can through my company, The InrWrk. Now, more than ever, the world desperately needs more tuned-in, conscious, and loving people. Everything I create and share is designed to help make that possible.
