My name is Donna Otmani, and I’ve been coaching for almost 2 decades and have had been growing my own private practice for 6 years.

While coaching came very naturally to me, building a coaching practice DID NOT. I have a deep and profound respect for the process of growing into a business owner. And I’m committed to helping other brave souls (LIKE YOU) enjoy the journey.

Because, I know that you’ve been called to be of service. I know that you have gifts to share, people to coach, bodies of work to be unleashed. I know you want to grow your practice in a way that feels in alignment with who you are and what you’ve been called to do. And I know that the resistances above can easily stop you from realizing your vision.

There are two things that tend to stop many of us in our tracks from putting our work out into the world and building a practice that works for us.

The first is the lack of a tangible skill set (Learning to enroll and generate clients).
The second is our own inner resistance, doubt, and fear (This one is the silent doozie).

I know from first-hand experience that building a practice is a much deeper journey than just learning how to sign up clients. (Although that’s important as well.) If we allow it to be, it is also a profound time of stepping into more of who we are meant to become. It asks us to take risks, to be brave, to boldly step forward, and to stand in our truth and authenticity.

I also know that women learn quicker and thrive within strong frameworks and in community.

This led me to cultivate together this 3-month program called The Soul Work of Creating a Sacred and Sustainable Coaching Practice:
Sacred- meaning aligned with your heart and part of your soul’s journey. 
Sustainable- meaning created in a way that works for your life, your bank account, and your purpose with space for creativity and growth so you can continue to evolve and expand. 

We are committed to providing coaches and facilitators with a strong framework, philosophy, and set of tools to help you create your practice in a way that works for you.

Why Is This Important to Me?

Two reasons.

First off- I’ve been there! Like many other coaches and teachers, I thought if I could just master the right strategy, the right system, and the right method of getting clients then a thriving coaching practice was inevitable.  What I didn’t expect- because nobody was talking about it- was the onslaught of fears and doubts that came forward as I put my own processes in place. It became abundantly clear that this wasn’t just about how to create a business. I was saying yes to a calling and because that was such a big step, I needed a container of support to hold me through my evolution, so I didn’t flounder in my own self-doubt and give up on myself.

Second, in my previous career, I saw first-hand just how much women were trying to fit themselves into an old paradigm of business building. A paradigm that was very masculine and left no room for their creativity. The old model teaches us to focus on the mind and the structures. It tells us to sell by trying to “get something” from our potential clients and it focuses on profit over service. It says there’s a right way to grow a business and a wrong way and it certainly does NOT allow for the space to talk about the emotional ride that ensues when working through the knotholes of building and sustaining a practice.

I also noticed in many conversations with women that they connected sales and marketing with feeling icky, manipulative, inauthentic, and totally out of alignment with the soul of their business. Many of them either “sucked it up” and worked within that model, never feeling quite at home with it, OR many of them never continued to build their business because they couldn’t see themselves in this model and didn’t know there was another way. 

After years of studying soul-centered leadership, and feminine leadership and also being a director at one of the most successful women’s empowerment organizations in the country, I discovered that there was nothing wrong with me, in fact, I simply needed a system that integrated all of who I am into the experience.

My Philosophy

I believe that establishing client relationships is a holy act and that practice-building is a sacred journey. It’s about saying yes to cultivating the inner mindset and outer skill set you need to create a sustainable business—and it’s about saying yes to the expansion that it creates within you.

Creating and sustaining a vibrant income through service requires you to release old patterns of thinking, being, and doing. It requires that you operate from a new paradigm. And it requires you to learn to stand for your work and the people you are inviting into it. 

No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to help you find the space and the support to co-create your little corner of the universe--one conversation and one client at a time.

Within this context, I’ll teach you both the practical and the sacred elements that will support you in experiencing client creation from a centered, authentic, and dare I say - totally natural way! This course is full of incredible tools, sacred practices, and real-life tips to sustain you. 

It just requires a willingness to do the work and the fortitude to commit to it. 

We’re going to examine any blocks to cultivating clients, including: 

• Areas of your business that might be out of alignment with your offerings—e.g., pricing, length of packages, number of calls

• Money fears 

• Fears of coming across as pushy or salesy

• Lack of clarity around communicating your services 

• Not knowing how to structure or have an enrollment call that feels authentic

• Fears of being seen and/or sharing your own work

• Fears of being rejected 

• Etc...

I’m going to teach you how to:

• Approach practice building as a co-creative process between you and the Divine

• Distinguish the voice of your soul from the voice of your ego- so you can make choices that are authentic and aligned with YOUR TRUTH.

• Use everything that is happening within your practice as an opportunity to cultivate the exact skills and qualities you need to create your Sacred Sustainable Practice.

• Create structures and sacred practices that support client creation

• Approach enrollment conversations in a way that grounds you in your strengths and releases your fears, so that you actually enjoy them

• Invite people into your work and talk with them in a way that feels natural to you

• Develop the mindset of being an entrepreneur: learning to take risks, trying new things, being willing to be imperfect and uncomfortable with growth, and other crucial concepts

• Develop your own conversational style via specific skills, like:

  • Setting up an enrollment call in a clear and defined way

  • Learning to surrender the outcomes of your enrollment calls so you can be relaxed and more effective

  • Asking powerful questions

  • Clarifying your offer and presenting it in ways your client can absorb

  • Keeping a conversation going when a client’s resistance and fears arise

  • Powerfully closing the conversation and inviting someone to work with you

  • Fully feeling like yourself within every conversation

Course Structure: 

• Three-month container of support (September-November)

• Weekly live teaching calls (except for one catch-up week), one virtual weekend,  and Q&A Clarity Calls are offered throughout the program. 

• All sessions are facilitated by me (Donna).

• All sessions are recorded and available to re-watch both during the course and after its completion

• Additional worksheets, tools, and home practices to guide you

• Video interviews with coaches and facilitators who have built their own Sacred Sustainable Practices are meant to inspire and support participants in truly understanding that there are many different ways to grow and nurture your practice

• The group is intentionally limited to approximately 20 individuals so I can provide lots of support to each of you and to give a tight container for you to practice within.
