Regena’s Story
Donna served as a leader in my organization for more than a decade. She served in many areas of my business, most recently as Director of Operations around events and overseeing my assistant to keep my life and business schedule flowing.
She was a consistent stand in the organization and in my life for us to slow down, take space, and be cared for- even when (and especially when) we were in times of huge output and had things coming at us from all directions.
Donna was my go to person when I was feeling swallowed up by my schedule and my obligations.
Her coaching in those moments helped me get my feet back on the ground, my head cleared, and the ability to take leveraged next steps. Her capacity to help me feel held and supported allowed me to continue to lead AND make time for a fulfilling personal life- both of which were of huge importance to me.
She brought this same stand to my full time team and our event staff- a group of dedicated, powerhouse women who serve with every drop of their beings, sometimes to the point of total exhaustion. Seeing this, Donna developed an intricate and intentional support system for my staff during our events, which allowed them to give at an even higher level, and leave events having played full out, but not depleted.
Donna is someone you want in your corner. She will hold you, guide you, and stand for you to create what you want in your life in a way that includes all of what is important to you. And she won’t back down on her commitment to your being- to you carving out time for you to be cared for and nourished.
